ETEC Exports Steel Structures for the Navoi-3 Project in Uzbekistan: Affirming the Craftsmanship of Vietnamese Workers on the International Stage
On September 18, 2025, ETEC Technology Construction Co., Ltd. successfully exported a shipment of steel structure components for the Navoi-3 Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) Power Plant Project in Uzbekistan. This milestone not only represents significant progress in the project schedule but also serves as a strong affirmation of the skill, professionalism, and credibility of ETEC’s workforce in the global market.
Navoi-3 is regarded as one of the largest and most advanced energy projects in Uzbekistan, with Mitsubishi Power as the main equipment supplier. Designed with a generation capacity of 600 MW, the plant is expected to commence commercial operation in 2026. In addition to electricity production, Navoi-3 will provide 200 Gcal/h of industrial heat and steam, directly serving both industrial
and residential areas within the
Navoi Free Economic Zone (FEZ).
With its scale and strategic importance, the Navoi-3 project imposes rigorous requirements on manufacturing quality, technical precision, and construction progress—criteria that only highly reputable contractors and suppliers are able to meet.
The delivery and export of these steel structure containers once again demonstrate ETEC’s capability in executing international projects and managing quality to global standards. Each steel component was fabricated with meticulous precision and subjected to stringent quality inspections before shipment, ensuring readiness for installation at the Uzbekistan site.
These structures are not merely products; they represent the dedication, expertise, and commitment of Vietnamese workers, contributing to a world-class project while reinforcing the presence of the ETEC brand in the global supply chain.
The successful participation of ETEC in the Navoi-3 project marks a new milestone in the journey of bringing “Made in Vietnam” products to major international projects. This achievement elevates both ETEC’s reputation and the global recognition of the capabilities and craftsmanship of Vietnam’s mechanical and construction industries.
“Each container of ETEC steel shipped abroad carries the pride of Vietnamese hands and minds—workers who are contributing to the realization of international landmark projects.”
